Brijitha Prasanth

Brijitha Prasanth currently serves as the Head of HR - People & Culture at Ascendion since January 2024, overseeing the Global Talent Centre. Prior to this role, Brijitha held the position of Vice President - HR at CSC from September 2016 to January 2024 and at Viteos Fund Services from September 2016 to May 2019. Brijitha also accumulated experience as Associate Director: HRBP at BMR Advisors Pvt Ltd from April 2008 to September 2016, focusing on organizational development, talent acquisition, and management. Earlier positions include Manager of Human Resources at Haribhakti Group and Manager of Personnel & Administration at Sun-n-Sand Group of Hotels. In addition to corporate roles, Brijitha has been providing pro bono coaching as a Leadership and Life Coach since September 2020. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Human Resources Management from MGV's IMR, a diploma in Labour Laws and Labour Welfare, and coursework in Emotional Intelligence Coaching, HR Analytics, and Leadership Development from renowned institutions.
