Vedrana Čolić has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries.
Starting in 2014, they held the position of Head Manager at KSET where they were responsible for managing a Student Association and Club, overseeing a team of 300 volunteers, and handling project management, budget management, legal matters, and partner negotiation. Additionally, they organized large-scale events like the Students Welcoming Party and managed concerts, workshops, and job fairs.
In 2015, Vedrana worked as an Intern at mStart d.o.o., where they learned about the company's strategy, projects, and products. Vedrana also coordinated between technical teams and clients and supported digital marketing, PR efforts, and content creation.
From 2016 to 2017, Vedrana served as a Junior Innovation Specialist at mStart, Agrokor. In this role, they encouraged a culture of innovation within the company, organized and managed a student innovation challenge, and provided support in digital marketing and content creation.

Currently, Vedrana holds the position of Senior IT Project Manager at Very Big Things, a role they started in June 2022.

Vedrana Čolić holds a Master's Degree in Software Engineering and Information Systems, which they obtained from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing (FER) between 2013 and 2015. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering and Information System from the University of Zagreb/Sveuciliste u Zagrebu, where they studied from 2008 to 2013.
