Hoanh An

Hoanh An has had a diverse range of work experiences in the field of software engineering. Hoanh currently holds the position of Senior Software Engineer at Veryfi, where they have successfully shipped a real-time data streaming pipeline and analytics platform, an observability stack for monitoring production clusters, and various migrations and integrations with APIs, apps, and marketplaces. Prior to this, Hoanh worked as a Software Engineer at Carver Edison, where they built an options trading pipeline, rebuilt the Admin Dashboard, and managed CI/CD pipelines for both front-end and back-end systems. In addition, they have also worked as a Software Engineer at Vapor IO, where they contributed to the development of a RESTful disaster recovery service, released multiple open-source projects, and shipped network automation tools. Alongside their software engineering roles, Hoanh has also demonstrated their expertise as an Author, having published a book on Go that achieved significant sales and partnered with Ardan Labs for distribution on Amazon. Hoanh has also created a comprehensive Go study guide on GitHub that garnered widespread recognition.

From 2016 to 2019, Hoanh An attended Bennington College, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science.
