Terkimbi Joshua

Terkimbi Joshua has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Terkimbi currently works as a Product Management Consultant at Nitalia Consulting, where they started in July 2023. Prior to this, they were the Operations Lead at Vesicash, starting in May 2023.

From February 2023 to the present, Terkimbi was the Head of Products at SterlingPRO Business Applications. Before that, they served as a Senior Product Manager in September 2022 and was promoted to Head of Products in February 2023.

In HazonTech, Terkimbi held multiple roles as a Product Manager from August 2021 to September 2022. Terkimbi was responsible for managing product development and implementing strategic initiatives.

Terkimbi has also worked at EDequity.Global as a Global Program Manager/Mentors Lead Amazon Alexa Skills Challenge 2021 from November 2020 to April 2021. Additionally, they worked at Tech4Dev as a Programs Lead from November 2018 to October 2020.

Their previous experience includes working as a Development Intern at Dataville Research LLC from October 2019 to January 2020. Terkimbi started their professional career at AIESEC in Nigeria, where they held the position of Country Director from August 2017 to July 2018. Terkimbi was responsible for the overall direction and strategic initiatives of AIESEC in Nigeria. Prior to this role, they served as an Operation/Product Manager at AIESEC in Nigeria from July 2016 to July 2017, achieving significant growth in operations and expanding to new international markets.

Terkimbi's early career involved leading the local committee as a Local Chapter Director at AIESEC Benue from April 2015 to April 2016. Terkimbi successfully built a sustainable talent pipeline and led the committee to become the highest in open markets in terms of operations.

Terkimbi Joshua attended Philanthropy University from 2018 to 2019, where they studied Planning for Monitoring and Evaluation. Prior to that, from 2011 to 2015, they completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at Benue State University. In 2011 to 2012, they also obtained an Associate's Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Netwealth Business school in Jos.

In terms of additional certifications, Terkimbi Joshua obtained a Graduate Internship Programme in International Development from Eliademy in October 2019. Terkimbi also obtained a certification in BSc. Psychology from Benue State University in April 2016. More recently, they acquired certifications in Agile Foundations, Scrum: The Basics, and Programming Foundations: Software Testing/QA, as well as Software Testing Foundations: Test Planning, all from LinkedIn in July and August 2022.
