Heather Owen

Heather Owen currently serves as Office Manager for Employee Experience at Veson Nautical since October 2024. Previously, Heather held the position of HR Manager at MBDS from July 2023 to October 2024 and worked at Bumble for nearly five years in various roles, including People Operations Specialist and Office and Internal Operations Coordinator. Heather's career began in customer service roles, including First Class Cabin Crew at Emirates and Sales Assistant at Harvey Nichols. Earlier experience includes Receptionist/Administrative Assistant at Work Solutions. Heather possesses CIPD qualifications and completed the Business Partnering Programme, alongside training at The Event Academy and A levels in Sociology, Health and Social Care, and Psychology from Cheadle and Marple Sixth Form College.
