Carson Whitsett

Carson Whitsett is a Senior iOS Engineer at Vessel. Carson has also worked as an iOS Developer at Dexcom and GoPro, and as a Hardware / Software Design Engineer at TrellisWare Technologies, Flextronics, and Simple Engineering Inc.

Carson has been working in the tech industry for over 17 years. Carson started their career as a Hardware / Software Design Engineer, but later transitioned into iOS development. Carson has worked on the GoPro PLUS subscription service feature on the iOS app, and has also helped coordinate development with the Android team and worked closely with the server team in San Francisco.

Carson is a highly skilled engineer with a passion for developing innovative products that improve people’s lives. Carson is always looking for new challenges and is excited to be a part of the Vessel team.

Carson Whitsett has a Bachelor of Applied Science in Automated Manufacturing Technology / Electronic Engineering Technology from ITT Technical Institute.

They are on a team with Sean Prouty - Software Engineer, Ghaleb Hamdan - Director, Quality Assurance & Manufacturing Engineer, and Isabel Batres - R&D Technician. Carson Whitsett reports to Bo Vargas, CTO.
