Kathrin Pabst, PhD, is a seasoned professional in the fields of cultural history and museum management, currently self-employed and working on the book project "My Grandfather's Bunker," alongside evaluating EU-funded projects for the European Research Executive Agency. As the Head of the Scientific Department at Vest-Agder-museet IKS since September 2013, Kathrin oversees research, collection management, and visitor experiences across multiple museum locations, while also leading the "Identity on the Line" project, which examines the impacts of migrations in Europe. Previous roles include guest lecturer at the University of Agder and various leadership positions in cultural institutions, underscoring expertise in history, ethics, and project management. Academic qualifications include a PhD in religion, society, and ethics from the University of Agder, along with multiple coaching certifications from Nordic Coach & NLP Academy and degrees in European ethnology and economics from Kiel University.
