Following their undergraduate studies, Joseph attended The Ohio State University College of Medicine from 1994 to 1998, earning their Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree in the field of Medicine. Later on, in 2012, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a focus on Executive MBA from Washington State University, which they completed in 2014.
