Ccsp Willean Duncan

Willean Duncan, CCSP, has over 30 years of work experience in various roles related to account management, relationship management, fraud and risk management, and security services.

From 2014 to present, Duncan worked as a Senior Account Manager at Vesta Corporation, where they managed relationships with tier 1 U.S. telecom mobile carriers, stored value partners, and payment gateway partners.

Prior to that, from 2007 to 2014, Duncan was in the role of Relationship Management at ReD (Retail Decisions), where they managed relationships with leading U.S. telecom network operators and e-commerce merchants.

From 2002 to 2007, Duncan worked as a Fraud and Risk Management Consultant at ECtel, providing fraud consultancy services, training, and support for ECtel's Fraud Management software applications.

Between 1998 and 2002, Duncan served as the Head of Concert Integrated Security Services at Concert Management Services, responsible for implementing and managing security programs related to Systems Security Access within Concert.

Duncan's extensive work experience also includes positions at AT&T, where they held various roles from 1984 to 1998, including Senior Manager. Their responsibilities at AT&T included training, development, operator services planning, methods and procedures, payroll, budgeting, labor relations interface, and personnel management. Willean also held the role of Senior Manager - Network Security during their time at AT&T.
