Jesper K. B. Ritz

Jesper K. B. Ritz has extensive experience in human resources, holding various leadership roles since 1989. Currently, Jesper serves as Regional CPCO / VP People & Culture for South Europe, Middle East, and Africa at Vestas, and has previously held multiple VP positions within the company. Prior to Vestas, Jesper was CHRO and Vice President of Global Human Resources at LM Wind Power, leading a global HR organization of over 100 employees across multiple countries. Other notable roles include Senior Manager HR at DONG Energy A/S and Expatriation Manager at Arla Foods. Jesper's educational background includes a Mini-MBA from Probana Business School and a degree in Human Resource Management from Aarhus Business College.
