Olena Poliahai

Olena Poliahai is an experienced Technical Project Manager at Vestas, focusing on offshore construction projects such as the Baltic Power project and previously serving as Deputy Technical Project Manager for the Seagreen project. With a solid background in electrical engineering, Olena has held roles at ENABL A/S and BIIR Bojer Innovativ Ingeniør Rådgivning, providing consulting services on wind turbine sensor systems. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Specialist at DTEK, overseeing contract management processes, and as Senior Energy Engineer at JSC Ukrainian Railway, where responsibilities included energy consumption analysis and the implementation of energy-saving technologies. Olena holds a Master's degree in Electrical Machine and Apparatus from Zporizhia National Technical University and a degree from Zaporizhzhya Electrotechnical College.
