Ifeoluwa Ariyo-Agbaje has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2016. In 2016, they worked as a Research Intern at the Nigerian Institute of International Affairs, where they researched African Politics and Integration, Security and Strategic Studies. Ifeoluwa also worked as an Executive Assistant at Poise Nigeria Limited, where they helped with time and daily management, scheduled meetings and ensured the Group Managing Director was well prepared for meetings. Additionally, they worked as Administrative Personnel at the National Youth Service Corps.
In 2017, Ifeoluwa Ariyo-Agbaje joined Babcock International Model United Nations (BIMUN) as Head of Communications, where they developed communications strategies and supervised volunteer staff who provided media coverage of BIMUN. Ifeoluwa also served as Director, Media and Publicity.
In 2021, Ifeoluwa Ariyo-Agbaje became Communications Executive at Flying Doctors Nigeria, where they maintained all digital channels and worked with third parties to fix problems. Ifeoluwa also served as Strategy Coordinator for the Flying Doctors Nigeria Graduate Training Programme (FDNGTP), leading the development of the FDNGTP strategy and co-managing the development of the FDNGTP annual strategy plan for 2022. Additionally, they held the role of Communications Lead at HealthCap Africa Limited, leading the development and publication of the 2022 Healthtech Unicorns Report. Lastly, they served as Communications Officer at Aid for Rural Education Access Initiative (AREAi), where they wrote the script for a documentary telling the story of the literacy crises in Nigeria and the organization's exploits in offering basic arithmetic and literacy skills to disadvantaged children in underserved communities across the country.
In 2022, Ifeoluwa Ariyo-Agbaje joined Vesti as Communications Lead.
Ifeoluwa Ariyo-Agbaje has a comprehensive education history, beginning with a Primary School Leaving Certificate from Fountain of Knowledge Nursery & Primary School in Ado-Ekiti, Ekiti State from 2002-2007. Ifeoluwa then obtained a West Africa Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE) from Hallmark Secondary School in Ondo, Ondo State from 2007-2013. From 2013-2017, they earned a Bachelor of Arts in History and International Studies from Babcock University in Ilishan-Remo, Nigeria. Most recently, in 2021, they enrolled in a Digital Marketing: Strategies for Winning in the Digital Age course at Lagos Business School, Pan-Atlantic University. In addition to their formal education, Ifeoluwa Ariyo-Agbaje has obtained numerous certifications, including Design Thinking Methodology from Butterfly Works in 2020, Certified Word, Excel, Customer Relationship Management, and Project Management from New Horizons Computer Learning Centers in 2017, and various Focus on certifications from the Young African Leadership Initiative in 2016.
