Edwin Chong is an experienced product leader with a diverse background in managing critical operations across various sectors. Currently serving as the Global Payout and Refunds Product Lead at Vestiaire Collective since April 2022, responsibilities include overseeing the seller payout process and integrating payment solutions. Previously, Edwin held leadership roles within the same organization, enhancing customer service tools and logistics operations in the APAC region. Prior experience includes significant contributions at Shopee in supply chain management and vendor optimization at Li & Fung Limited. With a strong foundation in data analytics and a dual degree in information systems and business management from Singapore Management University, Edwin combines technical expertise with strategic oversight to drive operational efficiencies.
