James Baltzegar

James Baltzegar has extensive experience in leadership roles focused on Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement. James served as Vice President in multiple companies, including Vestis Corporation, Aramark, WestRock Company, and Rock-Tenn Company. In these roles, they were responsible for driving transformational change, developing innovative approaches, and improving value streams using Lean Six Sigma principles. James also served as a Lean Six Sigma Manager at Ingersoll Rand, where they successfully transformed a stagnant program and achieved significant cost savings. James began their career as a Manufacturing/Project Engineer at Converse, Inc. Throughout their career, James has consistently demonstrated a strong commitment to improving operational efficiency and driving results.

James Baltzegar earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from North Carolina State University, which they attended from 1989 to 1994.
