Rick Dillon

Rick Dillon has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Rick most recently served as the EVP and Chief Financial Officer at Vestis Corporation starting in 2022. Prior to that, they were a Member of the Board of Directors at Adient starting in 2021.

Before that, Rick held the position of EVP & CFO at Enerpac Tool Group from 2016 to 2022 and at Century Aluminum from 2014 to 2016.

Rick also worked at Joy Global Inc. where they served as the VP of Finance - Surface Mining from 2011 to 2014 and as the Vice President Corporate Controller and Chief Accounting Officer from 2009 to 2011.

In addition, Rick has experience working at Newell Brands from 2007 to 2009 as the Vice President Business Planning and Analysis, and as the Vice President Corporate Controller and Chief Accounting Officer from 2006 to 2007.

Previously, Rick held the position of Vice President Corporate Controller and Chief Accounting Officer at Briggs & Stratton from 2002 to 2006.

Rick began their career at Arthur Andersen & Co., working as an Audit/ECS Consulting from 1993 to 2002.

Rick also had a role in Operations Strategy at Kraft Foods from 2000 to 2001.

Rick Dillon graduated from Rufus King High School in 1989. From 1989 to 1993, they attended Marquette University and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. Later, from 2005 to 2007, they pursued an MBA at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management.
