Gili Groner

Ms. Groner is a Human Resource Executive with over 25 years of diverse experience in global leading and long-standing enterprises. Prior to joining Vesttoo, Gili served for 6 years as the Head of HR at Bayer Israel. Gili also spent 16 formative years at Teva Pharmaceuticals where in her last position she served as VP HR of the Global Quality & Biologic Operations, overseeing 6,300 employees.

Deeply passionate about People and the enabling of business success through the cultivation of internal collaboration, supported by state-of-the-art HR solutions, Gili brings vast experience and domain expertise in areas such as Talent Management, Compensation & Benefits, Change Management, Organization Design, and Post-merger Integration.

Gili holds a BSc in Biology and MBA from the Hebrew University, Jerusalem.
