Ethel McDonnell

Ethel McDonnell has over 25 years of experience in various roles within the financial services industry. Ethel is currently serving as the Director of Client Implementations & Onboarding - Workplace Savings at Vestwell since January 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Transamerica from 2019 to 2022, where they held the position of Manager of Account Management and Implementation Project Managers. Ethel also served as a Retirement Benefits Administrator at Global Partners LP from 2018 to 2019.

Ethel McDonnell's earlier experience includes working at DST Systems from 2011 to 2018, where they held the roles of Business Acceptance Consultant and Client Services Manager. Before that, they worked at Boston Financial Data Services from 2005 to 2014, where they served as a Relationship Manager, Plan Implementation Manager, Relationship Manager AVP, and Group Manager. Ethel began their career at Fidelity Investments in 1997, where they held the positions of Manager and Senior Representative.

Throughout their career, Ethel has demonstrated strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of the industry, and a focus on client satisfaction. Ethel has managed teams, coached associates, and successfully completed multiple cross-functional projects. Ethel's expertise lies in client implementations, account management, and building profitable client relationships.

Ethel McDonnell obtained an Associate's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from Massachusetts Bay Community College from 1994 to 1997. Ethel also holds a certification as a Certified Scrum Product Owner from Scrum Alliance, obtained in March 2001.
