David Foley

David Foley has a diverse work experience, starting in 2009 as a Law Clerk at Greenberg Traurig, LLP. David worked on researching legal issues, drafting motions, and preparing trial materials.

From 2015 to 2021, Foley worked at American Tower Corporation, progressing from Attorney I to Supervising Attorney. In these roles, they negotiated commercial agreements and ground leases, resolved conflicts related to compliance, and provided legal advice to internal departments.

In 2021, Foley joined Duffy Properties as an In-House Counsel, where they drafted and negotiated legal documents such as leases and amendments. David also updated and proofed template documents.

Currently, Foley is working at VetCor as the VP Business Development & Deputy General Counsel. David leads a legal team in various functions, including legal research, documentation, and record-keeping related to veterinary practice acquisitions. Notable achievements include orchestrating acquisitions and integrating processes, procedures, and documentation.

Throughout their career, Foley has demonstrated expertise in legal research, negotiation, document drafting, and problem-solving.

David Foley earned a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from Suffolk University Law School from 2011 to 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from Northeastern University between 2005 and 2008.
