Sean Brown

Sean Brown has extensive work experience in the legal field. Sean served as the Vice President of Business Development and Deputy General Counsel at Vetcor starting in 2022. Prior to joining Vetcor, they were the Vice President of Legal and Business Development at People, Pets & Vets, where they created and managed the company's internal legal department. Before that, they worked as an Associate Attorney at Winstead PC, representing private companies in mergers and acquisitions. Sean also has experience as an Associate Attorney at Norton Rose Fulbright and as a Summer Associate at Foley & Lardner LLP. Additionally, they have held internships at Milwaukee Bucks Inc., McCall, Parkhust & Horton L.L.P., Texas Legends, and Northrop Grumman Information Systems.

Sean Brown earned a Bachelor's of Arts degree in Economics, Spanish, and Entrepreneurship from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2011. Sean then went on to receive a Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from Marquette University School of Law in 2014. During the same time period, they also completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Marquette University. Prior to their undergraduate studies, they obtained a High School Diploma from Fort Worth Christian High School in 2007. Sean Brown is also certified by the Supreme Court of Texas and the Supreme Court of Wisconsin for bar admissions, both obtained in 2014.
