Chrystal Higgins Reed

Chrystal Higgins-Reed has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Chrystal joined Vetcore Technology LLC in 2017 as a Senior Vice President. Prior to that, they worked at Hathor Strategic Consulting, Inc. from 2011, where they served as the Managing Partner and Principle Consultant in the healthcare division. During their time there, they specialized in healthcare management, restructuring healthcare facilities, and conducting clinical trials for underserved populations.

In addition to their consulting work, Chrystal also has experience in the healthcare industry. From 2015 to 2016, they worked at Kingman Regional Medical Center as a Clinical Documentation Specialist/ICD-10-CM Specialist. Their responsibilities included training physicians and staff in preparation for the transition to ICD-10-CM and overseeing the assessment of hospital providers and support staff.

Chrystal's work experience also includes a role as an Instructor at Kaplan University since 2012, where they teach courses on medical coding and billing. Chrystal Higgins-Reed completed their Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) at the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 1975 to 1979. Later, they pursued their Masters in Public Administration (MPA) with a focus on Public Policy Analysis at Kaplan University from 2012 to 2014.
