Richard Martindale

Richard graduated with Honours in Human Resource Management from Southampton Solent University in 2006. During his time at University, Richard focused on modules involving Talent Management and Management of Change.

After his time at University Richard spent three years working within a specialist Recruitment provider before moving in to the Veterinary Industry back in 2009. Initially working for a global laboratory services provider in a business development role, Richard moved to spend the last five years working for one of Europe’s largest Veterinary Groups. In his most recent role there he managed the West Division of the UK, supporting growth across its joint ventured practices.

Richard has now joined VetCT as Global Operations Director where his primary role is in maintaining the company’s core service values alongside its global growth.

Living in Kent Richard is married to a Veterinary Nurse Clare, with a two year old daughter Maddy, thirteen year old horse Ben and ‘the one that never left’, their rescue dog Charlie.
