Whilmari Swift is an accomplished client development manager with extensive experience in the veterinary sector. Currently serving at VetCT since July 2021, Whilmari has previously held key positions at Vet Dynamics, focusing on practice development coaching for independent veterinary businesses. Prior roles include business development manager at The Vet Group, head of clinical nursing at Vets Now Ltd, and regional business manager at Vets Now, where responsibilities spanned operational management, nursing standards, and clinic oversight. Whilmari possesses a Level 5 diploma in Management and Leadership, is a certified practitioner in NLP, emotional intelligence, and mindfulness, and holds a Veterinary Nursing Diploma from Onderstepoort University in South Africa.
