Kristin Griffin

Kristin Griffin is an experienced communications and events professional currently serving as the Communications and Events Coordinator for Veterans Community Project since January 2022, previously holding the role of Community Engagement Coordinator. Before this, Kristin worked at Costco Wholesale as a Membership Sales & Customer Service Specialist from September 2019 to January 2022. Kristin's career also includes a significant tenure at The Kansas City Star as a Senior Sales Account Executive from March 2011 to December 2018. Additionally, Kristin spent over two decades at The Diocese of Kansas City-St. Joseph and the Kansas City Missouri School District as an Educator, focusing on Junior High English/Language Arts. Kristin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Education from the University of Missouri-Kansas City, earned in 1989.
