Joseph Small

Joseph Small is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in project management and program execution. Currently serving as a Project Management Assistant at Stantec since March 2023, Joseph also holds the position of Executive Program Manager at VETPAW since July 2020. Previous roles include Detachment Chief and Radio Chief at the 4th Civil Affairs Group from April 2018 to June 2022, as well as various positions at Grow Financial Federal Credit Union from October 2016 to July 2020. Joseph's earlier experience includes serving as a Field Radio Operator at the 4th Assault Amphibian Battalion and the United States Marine Corps, along with customer service and sales roles at General Dynamics Information Technology and Orangetheory Fitness. Joseph holds a Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies and an Associate of Arts in Legal Assistant/Paralegal from Keiser University, and additional education from the University of South Florida.
