Uli Kuchenbrod has a diverse work experience in various roles at different companies. In 1992, they worked as a Mechanical Education Course & Machine Designer at Bausch+Stroebel. From 2003 to 2005, they were an Engineer in Primary Packaging Development at Vetter Pharma Fertigung GmbH & Co. KG. Uli then took on roles such as Customer Projects - Program Manager and Director Quality Control at the same company from 2007 to 2010. From 2010 to 2015, Uli served as a Director of Quality Control. Uli then transitioned to the role of Innovation Management from 2015 to 2020. Currently, they are the Director of Product Development & Design, where they focus on bridging innovation, core business, technology, and market needs while designing new products and services.

Uli Kuchenbrod holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Murdoch University, Perth WA, which was completed in 2006. Prior to that, from 1998 to 2002, Uli attended Aalen University and obtained a Dipl. Ing. degree in Mechanical Engineering. Additionally, in 1998, Uli received an Advanced Technical Collega Certification from Gewerbliche Schule Schwäbisch Hall.
