Mike Hester

Mike has over 20 years of experience and is responsible for overseeing the day to day operations at the quarry. He ensures compliance to mine safety requirements, assigns employees with daily duties and is responsible for keeping track of quarry inventory. Prior to his role as quarry supervisor, Mike was a saw operator for 12 years.

Mike attended Northwest Community College for secondary education and is a certified Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) instructor.
