Amanda Yeung is a seasoned design researcher with a strong background in user experience and customer experience design. Currently serving as a Design Researcher at VeVe, Amanda previously held the position of User Experience Researcher at Tradify where significant accomplishments included leading research that increased annual recurring revenue by over $1 million. Amanda co-founded brood nz to implement research strategies for technology projects and has extensive experience across various roles focusing on user-centric solutions, research advocacy, and enhancing research capabilities. With a Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning (Honours) from The University of Auckland, Amanda has demonstrated expertise in facilitating cross-functional collaboration and developing actionable insights through rigorous research methods.
