Andre de Michiel

Andre De Michiel is an experienced Engineering Manager currently at VeVe since October 2023, with previous extensive experience at Xero, where responsibilities included overseeing engineering outcomes for Australian and New Zealand Payroll with a team of approximately 30 engineers. Prior to Xero, Andre held various leadership roles at Wargaming from June 2006 to June 2020, focusing on team performance improvement and the development of a next-gen server project. Additionally, Andre has a strong technical background, having worked as a Senior Software Engineer and Software Engineer, and earlier experience in embedded software development at Fluffy Spider Technologies. Andre holds a Bachelor of Computer Science (Honours) and a Diploma of Business Computing from the University of Wollongong.
