Emina Bashirova

Emina Bashirova has extensive work experience in various roles within the finance and accounting field. Emina is currently the Head of Department at Araz Supermarket MMC since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Veyseloglu Group of Companies from 2005 onwards, where they held positions such as Head of Business Control Department, Head of Accounting Policies and Compliance Department, Head of the Accounting Department, Chief Accountant, Senior Compliance Specialist, Senior Accountant, and Accountant.

Emina Bashirova's education history includes a Bachelor's degree in International Economic Relations, obtained from Azerbaijan State University of Oil and Industry in the years 2000 to 2004. Emina then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Baku Higher Oil School from 2021 to 2023. In addition to their academic degrees, Emina has obtained various certifications in areas such as annual IFRS update, positive thinking and happiness, leadership in the 21st century, business etiquette and corporate culture, Microsoft Office proficiency, performance-oriented management, values-based management, inclusive leadership, black psychology, and accountancy standards for commercial organizations. These certifications were obtained at different institutions and span from 2010 to 2019.
