Zaur Zeynalov (SHRM-SCP)

Zaur Zeynalov (SHRM-SCP) has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Zaur is currently serving as the Head of Group CEO Office at Veyseloglu Group of Companies since April 2023. Previously, they worked as a Member of the Management Board at Araz Supermarket MMC from August 2022 to April 2023.

From 2018 to 2022, Zaur held various roles at Veyseloglu Group of Companies, including Corporate Secretary of Group Supervisory Board, Chief Human Resources Officer & Corporate Secretary, and Head of HR Operations Department. During their time there, they successfully implemented a new HRIS system and reorganized the HR structure and team.

Prior to that, Zaur worked as the Human Resources Director at Delta Group C.O. LLC from February 2015 to October 2017, where they developed and implemented HR strategies aligned with the organization's goals. Zaur also provided consultation on HR issues and managed various HR policies and procedures.

Zaur also has experience as the Director of Organizational Development at Azersu JSC from March 2014 to February 2015. Before that, they served as the Human Resources Director at Embawood LLC, where they managed HR services and policies and worked on redesigning jobs for better organizational performance.

Zaur's career in HR began at Azersun Holding, where they worked as a Senior HR Specialist from February 2008 to June 2010. In this role, they developed a comprehensive HR plan, handled recruitment, and produced job descriptions and contracts for employees.

Zaur Zeynalov (SHRM-SCP) has a diverse education history that includes both formal degrees and additional certifications. Zaur obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from the National Aviation Academy, where they studied from 2001 to 2006. Prior to that, they graduated from Sumgait Turkish Private School in 2001 and received a Graduation attestate. More recently, in 2020 and 2021, Zaur Zeynalov completed the CORe Credential of Readiness program at Harvard Business School Online, focusing on business.

In addition to their academic achievements, Zaur Zeynalov holds several noteworthy certifications. In 2018, they obtained the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM. Zaur also completed the BMWi Manager Training program offered by Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH in Munich, Germany, in 2020. Furthermore, they received certifications in Business and Project Management from Stockholm School of Economics in 2013, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from S.P.A.C Consulting in 2010, and MS Project 2007 from İstanbul Kurumsal Gelişim in 2009.
