Rachid Harrando

Rachid Harrando is an experienced cybersecurity professional currently serving as a Principal Security Advisor in the Office of the CISO at ServiceNow since October 2016. Additionally, Rachid holds the position of Advisory Board Member at vFeed IO, a comprehensive Vulnerability & Threat Intelligence Database, since September 2018. As the founder and manager of BlackHat Arsenal, Rachid has been involved in reviewing and rating submissions for Black Hat conferences since 2011. Previous roles include Head of Information Security Group at Sahara Net, where Rachid established the Information Security Department, and President, CEO, and Co-founder of NETpeas, an innovative cloud security solution provider. Early career experience at Texas Instruments included roles such as Senior Customer Program Manager and System Verification Program Manager for 3G modems. Rachid Harrando holds a Master’s degree in Generalist Engineering from ESME, a Bachelor's degree in DUT Mesures Physiques from Université de Rouen, and completed a Cybersecurity program at Harvard University in 2020.
