Harold Bessette, ICC CFSPE, NICET II, currently serves as an Estimator and Project Manager at VFS Fire & Security Services since February 2017 and also works as a Plan Examiner for Interwest Consulting Group, Inc. since January 2016, specializing in ICC commercial fire sprinkler plans examination. Prior to these roles, Harold held the position of Engineering Manager at XL Fire Protection, Inc. from July 2013 to January 2016, and was self-employed as a Fire Sprinkler Designer from March 2006 to July 2013, focusing on the design and engineering of water-based fire protection systems. Harold has also owned SPRINKS, Inc. as a Fire Sprinkler Designer between March 2006 and July 2013, and previously worked as a Fire Sprinkler Designer/Project Manager at Cosco Fire Protection from February 1998 to March 2006, as well as a Fire Sprinkler Designer at Benicia Plumbing, Inc. from January 1994 to February 1998.
