Sunil Mansukhani

Sunil M has extensive experience in Learning and Organizational Development, currently serving in this capacity at VFS Global since December 2007. Prior to this role, Sunil M worked as a Senior Manager in Training & Development at Reliance BPO, an Anil Dhirubhai Ambani Group company, where responsibilities included spearheading New Hire Training for a large-scale, 8000-seater all-India BPO based in Navi Mumbai. Sunil M successfully led a team of 40 trainers, implementing an induction program that trained over 800 employees each month. Sunil M holds an Organization Development Certification from the Indian Institute of Applied Behavioral Sciences (2012-2013) and completed the Executive General Management Program at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore in 2006.
