Rafael Feitosa Monteiro

Rafael Feitosa Monteiro is an experienced software engineer with a robust background in developing online shopping solutions and internal tools. At THE ICONIC, from June 2018 to May 2023, Rafael won the People's Choice Award at Hackathon 2023 and played a key role in mentoring and onboarding engineers. Previously, Rafael contributed to the Santos City Hall IT department by promoting the Scrum framework and architecting security software projects. Additional experience includes web development roles at Kuhlmann Surveyors & Consultants, Agence Consultoria e Desenvolvimento Web, and Derivative Sports, where Rafael utilized a variety of programming languages and frameworks.
