Shirel Damti

Shirel Damti has a diverse work experience. In 2014, they started as a Shift Supervisor at Super-Pharm, a role that required responsibility, reliability, customer service, and high human relations with both the workers and customers. In 2020, they began working at Reichman University (IDC Herzliya) as a Teaching Assistant, providing close guidance of students throughout the year and examination of works for two courses. In 2021, they became a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Elad CRM and in 2022 they began working in a similar role at vHive.

Shirel Damti obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Reichman University (IDC Herzliya) in 2017-2019. Shirel then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Organizational Behavior and Development at the same university, which they completed in 2021. Additionally, in October 2021, they obtained a certification in Neuro-Linguistic Programming from the Ma'abarot Institute.
