Michelle van der Linden

Michelle van der Linden has a diverse work experience. Michelle is currently working as a Project Lead at VI Company since November 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Vopak, where they held various roles including Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging Project Manager, Workstream Lead Communication & Culture, Project Manager, Transformation Office Analyst, and Project Lead SSC Improvements. Michelle also worked at Van Oord as a Finance Transformation Program Support and Graduate Student. Additionally, they have experience at Port of Rotterdam as an Employee Quality Assurance and as an Intern, and at Hogeschool Rotterdam as a Team Leader Peer Coach Team, Studentgeleding Instituut Medezeggenschapsraad, and Peer Coach. Michelle started their career at Etos as a Sales Clerk.

Michelle van der Linden completed their education at Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences. From 2011 to 2012, they pursued a degree in Bedrijfskunde MER, which is an HBO Bachelor program. Later, they attended the same university from 2013 to 2018 and obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a focus on Bedrijfseconomie. Additionally, in March 2022, they acquired a certification in Performance Management Program from Lepaya.
