Jason Keam, CDM, is an experienced food and beverage operations professional with over two decades in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as the Director of Food and Beverage Operations at Vi since December 2013, Jason oversees the operational success of a luxury CCRC in Naples, FL, catering to over 800 residents with a focus on scratch food production across multiple dining facilities. Prior to this role, Jason was the Executive Assistant Manager - Food & Beverage Director at Hyatt Regency, where responsibilities included managing food and beverage operations across various hotels. Earlier in the career, Jason held the position of Director of Hotel Operations at H&W Management, overseeing multiple hotels across four states. Jason holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Western Kentucky University and furthered education at the University of North Dakota.
