Jeffrey Levy has a diverse work experience spanning several organizations and leadership roles. Jeffrey is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at the VIA Institute on Character, a nonprofit organization focusing on character strengths. Prior to this, they founded and served as CEO of CaseNetwork for 11 years. Additionally, they worked as the Medical Director and Chief Learning Officer at MedErgy from 2008 to 2011. Before that, Jeffrey co-founded Reflective Learning, an online education company, where they held the positions of President and CEO. Jeffrey also co-founded MedCases and served as CEO and Chief Education Officer from 1999 to 2004. Jeffrey's career began as the Medical Director of Education and Technology Initiatives at the University of Pennsylvania Health System in 1998.

Jeffrey Levy obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Brown University between 1976 and 1980. Jeffrey later pursued further education at the University of Missouri-Columbia, School of Medicine, where they obtained a Medical Doctor (MD) degree in Medicine from 1980 to 1984.
