Lijana Palsiene

Lijana Palsiene is an experienced professional in public procurement and legal services, currently serving as the Head of Public Procurement at Via Lietuva since June 2023. Previously, Lijana held the position of Head of the Public Procurement Department at Vilniaus vandenys from November 2019 to July 2023. Lijana also served as the Head of the Legal Service at VAATC from September 2013 to November 2019, providing legal advice, preparing procedural documents, and representing the organization in court. Earlier in Lijana's career, the roles included Head of the Public Procurement Department and Lawyer at Klaipėdos miesto savivaldybės administracija from September 2007 to August 2013.
