Olivier van Veen has an extensive work experience in the marketing field. Olivier began their career at Tommy Hilfiger as the Media Manager for Netherlands and Belgium from September 2008 to October 2010. Olivier then took on the role of Divisional Marketing & Communications Manager for Hilfiger Denim from October 2010 to December 2012 at the same company.

After leaving Tommy Hilfiger, Olivier joined Fuga & Tigerhill Europe B.V. as the Head of Marketing from November 2012 to November 2013. Olivier then moved to G-Star RAW, where they held the positions of Global Licensing Marketing Manager from November 2013 to September 2014, and European Marketing Manager from September 2014 to March 2016. Olivier'sresponsibilities at G-Star RAW included managing and coordinating the integrated regional marketing strategy.

In 2016, Olivier worked as the Digital Marketing Manager at Tommy Hilfiger from March to September. Later, they joined VF Corporation as the Marketing Manager for Benelux & Scandinavia Eastpak from September 2016 to December 2017. Olivier then became the EMEA Marketing Operations Manager for Eastpak from January to December 2018, and subsequently was promoted to Global Marketing Director for Eastpak from January 2019 to August 2020.

Most recently, Olivier joined VIA OUTLETS as the Brand Marketing Director in August 2020, and they currently hold the position. In January 2023, they will assume the role of Marketing Director for Batavia Stad Fashion Outlet on an interim basis.

Olivier van Veen pursued their education in the field of advertising and marketing communications. Olivier began their academic journey at the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, where they completed their Bachelor's degree between 2004 and 2008. Following this, they briefly attended the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business in 2008, focusing their studies on marketing.
