Implementation Principal at Via

Raymond Chiang's work experience is as follows:

- From June 2021 to present, they worked as an Implementation Principal at Via, where they served as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Transit Scheduling and GTFS Transit Data. Raymond was also a product and technical expert on the Remix Transit Scheduling platform, providing training and support to over 50 customers.

- From March 2021 to June 2021, they held the position of Implementation Associate Principal, Remix, at Via.

- From February 2020 to March 2021, they were a Sr Implementation Manager at Remix, where they were a product and technical expert on Remix Transit and Shared Mobility products. Raymond continued in this role until Remix was acquired by Via in March 2021.

- From June 2018 to February 2020, they worked as an Implementation Manager at Remix.

- From June 2017 to June 2018, they were employed as an Operations Manager at the University of California, San Francisco. In this role, they managed a team of over 100 drivers and oversaw all transit operations for the university.

- From December 2016 to June 2017, they served as a Transit Supervisor at the University of California, San Francisco.

- From March 2015 to November 2016, they worked as an Operations Team Lead at Luxe, where they played a key role in building the live operations team and supervising a team of coordinators.

- From August 2014 to February 2015, they were a Contracts Administrator at Transdev, responsible for managing over 40 service provider contracts for the San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency's Paratransit Program.

- From May 2012 to August 2014, they held the position of Planning Assistant at ASUCD Unitrans, assisting the Transit Planning Manager with service changes and managing re-routes throughout the City of Davis. Raymond also worked as a Transit Driver at ASUCD Unitrans from July 2011 to August 2014.

Raymond Chiang obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Policy Analysis and Planning: Energy and Transportation Policy from the University of California, Davis, where they studied from 2010 to 2014. Raymond also has an additional certification as an Advanced Driver Trainer from the Smith System Driver Improvement Institute, Inc., obtained in 2017.
