ES Team Lead at ViaBill

Shamsi Storani is the ES Team Lead at ViaBill. Shamsi has also worked as a Venue Manager, Manager, Centre Director, and Management Assistant.

Storani began their career in 2015 as a Manager at Mary Eats Cake. Shamsi was quickly promoted to Assistant Manager and then Manager within two months. During their time at Mary Eats Cake, they were responsible for opening and closing the store, replying to customer e-mails, booking and organizing events, preparing and shipping orders, checking inventory, ordering supplies, training new staff, and collaborating with the expansion of the store. In 2015, they were awarded “Best tea house in Victoria” – Golden Leaf Awards 2015.

In 2017, Storani left Mary Eats Cake to work as a Management Assistant at VeVe. In this role, they were responsible for greeting and directing clients, answering phone calls, replying to e-mails, managing bookings, and helping new members with their registration.

In 2018, Storani became the Centre Director at Brooklyn Fitboxing Pinar de Chamartin. In this role, they were responsible for greeting and directing clients, providing information to walk-ins, answering phone calls, replying to e-mails, managing bookings, and cold calling potential members.

In 2019, Storani left Brooklyn Fitboxing Pinar de Chamartin to work as a Venue Manager at Mæxico. In this role, they were responsible for managing the venue’s operations, including opening and closing the venue, responding to customer inquiries, booking and organizing events, preparing and shipping orders, checking inventory, ordering supplies, training new staff, and collaborating with the expansion of the store.

Storani is currently the ES Team Lead at ViaBill. In this role, they are responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives who provide support to ViaBill customers via email and live chat.

Shamsi Storani has a MSc in Business Administration and Ebusiness from the Copenhagen Business School. They also have an exchange in Radio, Television and Film from The University of Texas at Austin. Furthermore, they have a Postgraduate Diploma in Cultural Management from Universidad Nacional de Córdoba and a Licenciatura en Comunicación Social in Radio y televisión from Universidad Nacional de Córdoba. Finally, they have certification from edX in Leading the Sustainable Development of Cities, Cruz Roja Colombiana in Introduction to International Humanitarian Law - IHL, United Nations Volunteers in Certificate of Appreciation, Coursera Verified Certificates in International Organizations Management, Escuela de Organización Industrial in Curso de Analítica Web, and Google in Online Marketing Fundamentals (The Digital Garage).

They work with Oliver Westerberg - DK Support Team Lead, Troy Stannard - US Merchant Support Team Lead, and Michelle Samuel - DK Merchant Support Team Lead. Shamsi Storani reports to Nicolai Roesgaard, Head of Global Support.
