Kfir Cohen

Kfir Cohen has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries.

Currently, Kfir serves as the Principal Product Manager at Viably, a company focused on providing small business banking services through an all-in-one app.

Prior to this, Kfir worked at Atera, a cloud-based IT management platform, where they initially worked as the Product Management Team Lead and later became a Senior Product Manager. During their time at Atera, they contributed to the development of an all-in-one solution for MSPs and IT support personnel.

Before joining Atera, Kfir held the position of Senior Product Manager at SolarWinds, a company specializing in IT management software.

Kfir's previous role was as a Senior Product Manager at Samanage, a service management software company. Samanage was later acquired by SolarWinds.

Kfir also has experience in the Salesforce ecosystem. Kfir served as the VP of Projects at CloudTech Applications, where they provided professional services on the Salesforce platform. Prior to this, they worked as a Salesforce Project Manager and Consultant at ServiceWise, a Gold Cloud Alliance Partner of Salesforce.

Furthermore, Kfir worked as a Salesforce Project Manager at One1.

Early in their career, Kfir worked as a Solutions Consultant at Sparta Systems, Inc. Here, they played a crucial role in maintaining relationships with clients and contributing to the success of business projects.

Kfir's first professional experience was as a Senior Call Center Representative at DSNR, where they supervised a team and handled escalated phone calls with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Kfir Cohen completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering and Management (IEM) from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, where they attended from 2007 to 2011. In terms of additional certifications, Kfir obtained the Salesforce.com Certified Administrator certification in August 2013 and the Force.com Certified Developer certification in March 2014. Furthermore, in 2018, they completed a course titled "The art of building successful products" at pmsphere - Leading Products to Success, which focused on Product Management.
