Nathalie Oomen

Nathalie Oomen currently serves as the HR Director at Viabuild! since April 2022, following a notable tenure at ENTSO-E where Nathalie held the positions of HR Manager and HR Team Lead from January 2018 to April 2022, overseeing HR management and leading a team focused on various HR projects. Prior experience includes serving as the HR Global Mobility Manager at Lhoist, where Nathalie managed international assignments and mobility programs, and as a Human Resource Management Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers, contributing to a large-scale HR transformation initiative. Early career involvement as an HR Consultant in recruitment and selection with Acerta and as a hostess with B.E.S.T. Hostesses complemented Nathalie’s educational background, which includes a Master's degree in Industrial & Organisational Psychology from KU Leuven and ongoing studies at Katholieke Universiteit Leuven in a Master's program in management.
