Julie Laufenberg

Julie Laufenberg has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on HR strategy and development. Julie has held multiple leadership positions, including Vice President of Human Resources at Viaflex and Raven Engineered Films. Julie also worked as an Agent/HR Partner at HighRoad Partners. Additionally, they spent a significant portion of their career at Integreon, where they served as a Human Resources professional and later as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources. Julie has also worked in HR roles at Aldevron and Otter Tail Corporation. Throughout their career, they have been involved in various HR functions, including recruiting, compensation, benefits, and employee relations.

Julie Laufenberg holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Briar Cliff University. Julie has obtained several certifications including the SHRM SCP certification from SHRM in February 2015, the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM in December 2015, and insurance producer certifications in health, property, casualty, and non-resident agents. Julie is also pursuing the Global and Sr. Professional in HR certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
