Jim T.

Jim T. has a long history of work experience in the field of network engineering. Jim started their career in 1997 as a NOC Manager at Qual.net, where they maintained all operational aspects of a five state regional ISP WAN and managed two customer service call centers with 32 direct report employees. In 2000, they moved to NTT/Verio as a Senior Network Analyst in the Global IP NOC, where they diagnosed and repaired issues on Juniper and Cisco routers in OSI layers one through four. In 2006, they became the NOC Manager at GNi, where they managed customers, contractors, vendors and engineers on projects and incidents in large multi-customer data centers, enhanced processes and work flow for corporate growth, and decreased circuit turn-down issues and improved customer care. In 2011, they joined Intransa, Inc. as a Senior Technical Support Engineer. In 2013, they became the Managing Engineering at IntransaBrand and also founded Viakoo.

Jim T. attended DeVry from 1984 to 1990, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering Technology. Jim also holds a CCNA certification from Cisco.
