Dan Gallagher

Dan Gallagher has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Dan started their career at Time Warner Cable in 2003, where they worked in sales until 2005. From 2005 to 2009, they transitioned into the boat and yacht sales industry, building a database and business from scratch. Following that, Dan joined WHI as a Multiple-Unit Operations Manager, overseeing all aspects of a profitable multi-unit restaurant business.

In 2011, Dan joined PPD and held various roles in business development, including Associate Account Director and Commercial Analyst. Dan'sresponsibilities included engaging with pharmaceutical and biotech sponsors, preparing bids and proposals, and managing study budgets.

After PPD, Dan worked at TKL Research as the Director of Business Development, specializing in clinical trials in the dermatology space. Dan then joined IQVIA in 2016, initially as the Director of Global Business Development and later as the Senior Director of Business Development for the Dermatology Division. At IQVIA, they focused on serving global clients in the dermatology field and bringing dermatology products to market.

Currently, Dan is the Vice President of Business Development at Vial, a role they began in October 2022.

Dan Gallagher completed their education history with a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of North Carolina Wilmington from 2012 to 2014. In 2014, they also pursued a Clinical Research Graduate Study- CLR525 on Issues in Global Regulatory Development and Management at the same university. Prior to that, in 2011, they engaged in a Continuing Education program on Clinical Research Overview at Cape Fear Community College. Lastly, from 1999 to 2002, Dan obtained a degree in Business Management from the Cameron School of Business at the University of North Carolina Wilmington.
