Jason Shuris

Head of Sales at Vial

Over the last 20+ years, Jason has held leadership roles in finance and business development in the life sciences sector. He spent 8 years in private healthcare, working in finance for a privately held psychiatric hospital in Boston, MA. Jason joined the life sciences sector in 2007, first working in finance roles at Boston area biotechnology companies, then followed by prominent business development positions at clinical CROs focused in ophthalmology and dermatology.

Jason has been working in the clinical CRO business for more than 10 years. His experience spans across all aspects of business development, including budget / proposal preparation, sales / client management, and senior leadership of both operational and tactical sales departments. Over the course of his career, Jason has played a key role in the growth and development of clinical CROs, helping these organizations achieve exponential growth during his tenure. Jason’s decision to join Vial was driven by our mission to build a CRO that is truly differentiated by offering value added and cost-effective services to the biotech and pharma industry. He believes that Vial should approach each sponsor engagement with the mindset that their success is our success, functioning as a true development partner and not just a vendor.
