Mandy Gibson

Mandy Gibson is a seasoned professional in quality assurance and clinical management with a robust background in regulatory compliance and process improvement. Currently serving as a Senior Quality Assurance Manager at Vial since December 2023, Mandy previously held senior management positions in clinical trials and processes at Emergent BioSolutions, where significant contributions were made to the standardization and harmonization of clinical development processes. With a career beginning in 2002 at Cangene Corporation, Mandy has consistently provided valuable insights and oversight on regulatory interpretation and quality practices, focusing on Good Clinical and Laboratory Practices. Mandy holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from The University of Winnipeg and is currently pursuing a Master's Certificate in Project Management at the same institution.
