Marshall Fields is a dedicated corporate facilitator, author, and anti-racism life coach with over 15 years of experience, currently serving as Chair of the Racial Justice and Equality Commission for LFUCG and Board Chair for Legacy Equine Academy. As the Founder and CEO of PCHATP.COM, Fields emphasizes communication to foster positive change and dismantle systemic racism. Throughout a diverse career, including roles as a corporate facilitator at Viamedia and an instructional designer at Charter Communications, Fields has demonstrated a commitment to improving organizational strategies and promoting humanitarian values.
